Introduction:

Made in Europe by a company of world renown, with centuries of expertise and tradition. This blended fabric gives you the benefits of both wonderful natural fibres.  Viscose blended with linen produces a softer, finer fabric that is easier to iron and results in fewer creases.

This linen fabric will be cool and breathable, get softer with washing & wear and linen is impervious to moths and resists dirt and stains. Linen will not form lint or pill and can be washed at high temperatures with only moderate shrinkage. The characteristic slubs (once viewed as a fault) are now part of the aesthetic appeal of quality linen fabric.

100% Linen - Tawny Shadow is woven with a fabulous slubby yarn of linen yarn in rich tawny hues like the tawny owl itself. A wonderful natural hue like autumnal leaves combined with a fine natural sand hue.

Malleable and soft enough to produce gathers and pleats and tucks.
