Fabric technology is enabling the most amazing fabric manufacturing, which emulate or are inspired by products which would usually be animal based. Suedette Jersey - Cocoa & Sand Leopard is an example of this clever technology!

This light/medium weight jersey fabric has a short (suede like) pile which is super soft (on the face side). The reverse side (which doesn't have the pile) still maintains a super soft texture too. Boasting the feel of a very fine buckskin suede, the clever jersey base has good width wise stretch due to some added elastane, plus a soft and malleable drape quality with good medium weight.

The base cloth, of this fine jersey suedette boasts a lovely pale sand hue and is then printed with a striking, large scale leopard spot design. The characteristic black outlines with a rich cocoa toned centre sit perfectly upon the fine sand background.

Leopard print designs never seem to go out of fashion, create key pieces which will compliment your blacks and beiges, and yes red pieces! (Look at '40s & '50s designs where leopard is teamed with red). This fabric is perfect if you're looking to create eye-catching pieces.
