As its name suggests Dark Spruce boasts a deep darkest blue-based green hue like the dark coniferous trees of its namesake. This is so rich it has an opulent jewel-like tone like precious gems.
Properties:
A finely grained texture is typical of a dress-weight crepe, and Dark Spruce has a stunning and weighty drape quality (even better across the bias) and a medium-weight handle, plus excellent retentive stretch across the width. This closely woven quality fabric also has good opacity so lining may not be a necessity.
Garment Suggestions:
