This quality 100% felted wool melton comes to you in the most natural melange yarn tone. Think of the gentle comforting natural colour of shearling fleece. The solid cream hue has a light-reflecting pureness. Neutral and natural tones are perfect for creating chic ensembles and sit alongside caramel, camel, taupe and tan hues for the ultimate in stylish coordination.

Purity Cream - Felted Wool Melton boasts a strong and stable hand and a reassuringly soft but heavy drape quality. Felted wool fabrics of this weight are suitable for a multitude of uses - perfect for hard-wearing coats because the wool can be steamed and manipulated for tailored details. The excellent stability makes the fabric easy to sew for beginners - it quite literally, stays put! Satisfying to sew and is super cosy and warm thanks to the wool's natural temperature-regulating properties. Felted wool fabrics are treated/finished with a felting machine which knits the fibres together to create a denser and more hard-wearing fabric Purity Cream has a very dense, closely compacted finish with a brushed and durable hard-wearing feel, similar to duffel fabric styles.
