Perla Nero boasts a classic and dramatic solid black tone, with a nacreous sheen like its namesake. Properties:
Perla Nero is a heavy-weight bridal/occasion wear satin fabric that features a light texture within its lustrous sateen sheen on both sides. Clever weaving techniques produce a heavyweight, malleable yet dense, extremely stable and low slip. The high concentration of fine, predominantly mercerised cotton fibres used to create this stunner giving such a high GSM.
This fabric may be a cotton blend but it has the look and feel of luminous silk. The dense quality allows for structured creations with fit and flare details think classic '50s-style fit and flare, peplums or contemporary boxy shoulders, '50s style skirts will form undulating folds with unrivalled quality when constructed in this jewel of fabric.
