Sporty White is lightweight but strong and stable, with a wonderfully malleable drape quality that is easy to wear, windproof and lightly showerproof (not 100% waterproof) fabric will allow water to bead as it lands, then roll off. It will form full pleats and gathers also perfect for creating voluminous costumes and carnival wear/cosplay.
