Properties:

Boasting a super soft and comfortable, almost brushed, feel with good retentive stretch, width-wise (30%) (thanks to a little added elastane) and lengthwise ease. 

Classic Navy is lightweight, but not at all flimsy and has excellent opacity and has an excellent drape which will form pretty gathers and ruffles.
