Striking lounge pants

I fell for the pattern and the low price! Normally I'd go for cotton jersey, but this polyester fabric is comfortable so long as the weather isn't too warm. The scale of the design worked well for my Monsal lounge pants. I haven't noticed any colour loss. Good fabric for someone who has made a few stretch garments before, as it requires extra care when cutting and sewing.

Great quality, good colour.

I made the Core t-shirt with this fabric, it’s great, just thick enough to hold its shape as this is a loose fitting T-shirt. However when I gave it a gentle steam on the seams the colours from the pattern were left on the ironing board. Don’t know if this means the colours aren’t stable, will wash it with salt in the water to hopefully set the colours.

Good but tricky

This fabric drapes well but is not suitable for a beginner. It’s is very thin and extremely stretchy- perfect for what I wanted but has a bit of a life of It’s own when trying to lay out for cutting. It was really important to avoid stretching curves such as the neck when assembling.
