This delightful 100% linen fabric comes to you in a classic military green tone, making it ideal for a multitude of practical and stylish sewing room projects.

Khaki Green is just as its name suggests a fabulously soft, cool, breathable linen fabric, woven in a classic twill weave with superfine silken khaki green yarns throughout the warp and weft. The classic twill weave and khaki green tone are the perfect combination to add practicality and style.

Properties:

Linen has been used for centuries because of its beneficial properties: cool and breathable, getting softer with washing & wear, and linen is impervious to moths and resists dirt and stains. Linen will not form lint or pill and can be washed at high temperatures with only moderate shrinkage.

The characteristic slubs (once viewed as a fault) are now part of the aesthetic appeal of quality linen fabric. It is stable, soft and has the feel of a favourite linen garment with a pre-washed hand. This medium-weight fabric is closely woven and has excellent opacity.
