Imagine a dark midnight sky, where a fine shower of hailstones creates pinpoints of shimmering light. This is the inspiration for Superfine Italian Worsted Wool - Midnight Hailstorm.
Colour:
This expertly woven fine wool Italian worsted suiting fabric is just stunning! Midnight Hailstorm is woven in superfine, darkest navy, fine worsted yarns and accentuated by light grey pin dots, the hailstorm grey yarns are woven into the warp at 3mm intervals to create a chain like, effect on the reverse, which is picked up on the face as hailstone pinpoints. An excellent alternative to pinstripes. The subtle sheen emphasises the pin dots adding an air of timeless elegance to this designer Italian suiting fabric.

Midnight Hailstorm has a stable handle and a superb softly elegant drape quality, ideal for creating soft gathers and ruffles should you choose. Navy blue is a staple tone in most people's wardrobes, practical yet chic and smart, easy to mix & match with any other tones of blue and grey, add classic white and accessories of red for a pop of colour!
