This highly reflective crushed velour has a stunning, super soft and malleable handle that begs to be draped, twisted, knotted and tucked. Boasting an excellent widthwise stretch with a bounce-back return, it has slight ease to the length. This fabric is slinky, yet has a reassuring medium weight handle when used in good quantity, making it perfect for dramatic evening dresses.
