Purity - Stretch Dress Crepe is a fantastic stretch dress crepe. If you love fine quality wool crepe but don’t want the complicated and careful washing instructions, then this is the one for you! The ethereal palest cream hue is as its name suggests as pure as freshly bloomed Jasmine flower.

A finely grained texture is typical of a dress weight crepe, and it has a stunning and weighty drape quality (even better across the bias) and a medium weight handle. Purity has excellent retentive stretch down the length and has slight ease across the width. Pale hued fabrics can be quite translucent but this quality crepe has good opacity, if you do require lining - our Cool Breeze - Viscose Lawn is an excellent choice.

Purity is perfect for elegant dresses skirts, trousers and jackets/ blazers. Bridal wear will look super stylish made in this classic fabric. Think 1940s styles with a gather just below the bust, slimming darts and extending through the waist. You can even use this fabric to make elegant drapey palazzo pants, jumpsuits or culottes. Purity will gather beautifully so why not try puffed sleeves,  gently gathered waistlines and feminine flared styles.
