This lightweight cotton poplin has a finely woven pattern of fine stripes and checks in soft greys on a natural white background.
The stripes on Multi Grid Greys range in width from 27cm to 2.5cm, meaning that with a bit of thought and planning this super fabric could be cut so that the blocks of pattern could be used as borders around hems etc. We think it would be particularly effective used as a men's short sleeved '50s style shirt, and easily achieved with less than two metres of fabric. Or try a shirt-dress or dirndl-style skirt.
Other uses - how about pillowcases? Even if you prefer a plain white case, this would make a striking trim to the edges. Also great for small craft projects such as applique, cafe curtains and bunting. A seriously interesting and cool fabric that you can be put to multiple uses!
