Vitale Barberis Canonico are famous for their range of super smart suiting fabrics for both men's and women's apparel and this handsome fabric is no exception. The Super 120's number applies to the thickness of the yarns used in the fabrics construction. Modern suiting fabrics typically starting at around Super 100's. The higher the number the finer the yarn, the higher the yarn count the softer the drape of the fabric.
Milanese Check is woven in a palette of super smart, rich coloured yarns. A dark espresso coffee hue forms the background and is finely woven through with a rich black district check (similar to a Prince of Wales). A superb French navy windowpane check adds interest and definition to this flawless design. The combination of yarns evokes thoughts of smartly dressed individuals sipping their early morning shots of espresso at chic Milanese cafe bars.
