Introduction:
Pima Cotton Lawn was new to Fabworks in Summer 2021. Considered a very high-quality fabric originally made in South America, but finding its way to all corners of the globe due to its excellent strength, breathability and amazingly soft feel and weight; akin to lightweight silk. This is real luxury cotton.
Carnelian & Turquoise Peacock is another colourway of this delightful Pima cotton lawn, printed with a timeless all over peacock feather design. Beloved by artists, philosophers and poets, these legendary feathers have been artistically portrayed for centuries, from the ancient Egyptians to the ancient Greeks. Graceful, elegant and timeless.
Colour:
This Liberty 'style' design portrays rows of softly arching peacock feathers in rich and vibrant hues of turquoise/ pale green. The striking eye of the feathers adds impact in hues of beige, peach, carnelian orange and red.

A versatile fabric that will hold crisp details such as; collars, facings and cuffs, forming the prettiest (full) gathers for flounces, ruffles and all those extra details!
