Blue Horizon Over Heathland is a superbly stylish marvelous melange of fabulous natural fibres (all 100% new wool). Woven from a beautiful palette of earthy complimentary colours - peaty brown and navy form the fine 1.5cm wide herringbone design, which acts as the mainstay of the fabric.
Blue Horizon refers to the rich uplifting blue stripe which runs vertically down the fabric at 6cm intervals with a fine butterscotch flanking the 'Blue Horizon' stripe on both sides. Take a closer look and you'll notice this complex woolen wonder has intersecting vertical stripes crossing over the 'Blue Horizon'. These vertical stripes appear in a subtle heather tone, flanked by silvery sage greens (identical to Bloodline - Herringbone Check).
Appreciate this cloth properly from a distance, Blue Horizon Over Heathland - Herringbone Check has wonderful colour combinations that evoke thoughts of wandering over rugged heathland after a rainstorm, with a blue horizon guiding you home.
With a stable medium weight and a lovely reassuring drape quality, perfect for classic 'Brit' style clothing - traditional and quirky! Perfect for traditional tailoring and much much more, try you own lightweight coats, capes, jackets, pinafore dresses, pencil skirts, winter trousers and full skirts.
