Blizzard Slubby Suiting is a versatile, textured, fine woven suiting fabric, made from a hard-wearing mixture of cotton and nylon superfine bouclé yarns which produce an interesting detail to this strong and stable fabric. This excellent fabric also boasts a soft, medium weight drape too and slight bias stretch.
The classic colourway of this natural winter white fabric is super chic and sometimes hard to find in high fashion, so now you can make your own. This versatile tone works perfectly with most other colours. Team up with classic blacks and camel shades for super smart work-wear or use as a grounding colour and team up with vibrant shades such as mustard or burnt orange.
Don’t dismiss the pastels look as only a S/S look, you can get extra wear from versatile pieces made using Blizzard Slubby Suiting and carry the trend through into A/W by teaming separates in this first-rate fabric, with winter woollens and thick hosiery too!
Go ahead and fashion yourself fabulously smart and versatile pieces of clothing such as jackets and trousers. Blizzard Slubby Suiting will look excellent for slim-fit suits with sharp silhouettes.
Neat skirts, pencil, tulip, wrap and pleated will all look superb. You'll find it’s also perfect for fitted sheath dresses and wiggle or pencil dresses. Imagine striking a '50s silhouette with figure-hugging lines and full-fan pleated details to the back. This will make stunning wedding ensembles.
