This lightweight polyester crepe has a striking white base cloth and is printed with graphic black anchors and chains. It has an allover matte finish with soft drapey handle and slightly textured crepe feel. The fabric has a strong stable handle across both the width and length, with no stretch.
This slightly sheer fabric will make super lightweight blouses, tunic tops, shirts and dresses, (linings recommended for dresses). Anchor and Chain will gather up into pretty and full gathers and drape well, making it particularly suitable for gathered skirts and gathered dresses.
