Black - Fine Rib Silky Stretch Velour is a finely ribbed classic black velour fabric with serious style. This subtly reflective ribbed, silky velour has a super soft, velvety malleable handle that begs to be draped, twisted, knotted and tucked. With an excellent widthwise stretch with a bounce-back return, it has a slight stretch to the length as well. This fabric is slinky, with a reassuring medium-weight handle when used in good quantity, making it perfect for glamorous evening dresses.
